Try our watermelon pizza idea as a special treat:

Cut watermelon into pizza-looking triangles
Melt 50g of dark chocolate in a micro-wave safe bowl for 30 seconds in the microwave. Stir until fully melted.
Dip a fork in the melted chocolate and drizzle over watermelon slices
Sprinkle desiccated coconut over the top as much as desired
Arrange wedges on a large round plate into a circle to resemble a pizza
