Handcrafted in our house we skewer local line caught snapper, WA prawns, Tasmanian salmon & some of our local WA fresh produce coat them in our special garlic & herb marinate.
From the pristine waters off WA, our staff can fillet and scale the fish for you, and give you some helpful tips in preparing it.
Tiger Prawns: Caught off the blue nutrient rich waters of Shark Bay these prawns have a subtle & sweet flavour.
King Prawns: Caught off the pristine waters of Exmouth, King prawns are strong and robust in flavour.
