We start by marinating WA Southwest beef mince overnight, with fresh vegetables, secret sauce and a our herb & spice mix. In the early morning our delicatessen staff roll the beef in puff pastry and bake until golden. Crispy Pastry with a moist center these are sausage rolls like no other.
