We bring Italian passion and a love for making delicious cheese to Perth. Our chefs are highly skilled in the art of cheese-making, and we’re fortunate to have some of the best milk in the world right here.
We process tons of fresh, non-homogenized milk, delivered twice a week from our passionate, locally-owned South West farm partners.

Halls Suzette
Suzette has a delicate smoky flavour, which intensifies as she ages, taking on nuttier tones. Her centre is soft and creamy pale in colour, with a smooth, fine texture. Hall’s Suzette is a favourite amongst chefs and dairy connoisseurs, and can be found in over 60 restaurants and 40 retail outlets across WA. This Award winning, local artisan cheese, is one of the best local cheeses in Western Australia.”
